Bruschetta with feta cheese, oregano, and honey
1. Lightly water the rusk bread.
2. Grate the big tomato and discard its skin.. Pour the grated tomato on the two rusk bread pieces and pour some olive oil on top.
3. Dice the small tomato and distribute it between the two pieces of bread rusk.
4. Add some salt and pepper on top.
5. Dice some feta cheese and sprinkle it on top of the 2 pieces of rusk bread. Finally add some oregano, some honey, and some olive oil on top.
