Oregano

An organic herb valued for its taste.
Oregano is a tufted shrub, with oval leaves and beautiful purple or white flowers that appear from July to September.
Its taste is aromatic, memorable, slightly bitter and distinctive when it is fine quality, particularly intense, as Greek oregano has a high content of essential oil.
Oregano was and continues to be for the Greeks, a herb that can be used everywhere and goes with everything, adding flavor and aroma, while also having many health benefits.
In addition to its culinary use, it is often used as a decoction, which is said to be excellent for the stomach and cough.
It is rich in vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, iron, phosphorus and beta carotene.
